Fried Chicken Joint to Open on Pearl Street

Little Chicken, which has been operating on L Street NW, is soon to open at its new Wharf home at 11 Pearl Street. The creation of Grazie Grazie owner Casey Patten, Little Chicken is set to open its doors at the Wharf in the coming weeks, bringing a fresh take on a beloved classic: fried chicken.

Little Chicken promises to be a nice departure from the traditional fried chicken joint. Patten’s vision for the restaurant is to offer high-quality, locally-sourced ingredients, innovative recipes, and a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates the art of fried chicken.

The menu at Little Chicken is crafted to cater to a variety of tastes. Diners can expect typical chicken options, from wings, to chicken tenders, and fried or grilled chicken sandwiches.

The restaurant will offer a curated selection of sides and fixings, including hand-cut fries, slaw, mac ‘n’ cheese, and delectable dipping sauces that pair perfectly with the star of the show. Patten and his team will hopefully bring along the desert menu including homemade pies and frozen custard.

The ambiance at Little Chicken is designed to be relaxed and inviting. It will be the perfect spot for families, friends, and solo diners alike to enjoy a comforting meal in a vibrant setting.

Little Chicken is expected to open  within the coming weeks, promising a great culinary experience for all who attend. Keep an eye on Little Chicken’s social media channels and the website for updates on the official opening date.

Patten’s passion for culinary innovation, combined with his dedication to using locally-sourced ingredients, ensures that Little Chicken will be a must-visit destination for both residents and visitors looking for a delicious and memorable dining experience.

So, if you’re ready to embark on a mouthwatering adventure and indulge in the ultimate comfort food, mark your calendars and prepare your taste buds for the grand opening of Little Chicken at The Wharf. It’s bound to be a feather in the cap of Washington, D.C.’s thriving food scene.
