A local D.C. institution founded at nearby Barracks Row, District Doughnut is an option anytime of day, whether for breakfast or after dinner. Each doughnut is made from scratch using high quality ingredients including Callebaut and Valhrona chocolates and Dulce de Leche imported from Spain.
