The Wharf excels at its rooftop settings and Whiskey Charlie is a perfect option for sunsets or a night cap.  Whiskey Charlie, which adopted its name from the WC call letters of the Washington Channel, is a premium cocktail lounge featuring a variety of fancy drinks.  While there is a limited menu, the finger food game at WC is quite strong. Standing on the balcony you’ll get stunning views of the Jefferson Memorial. Turn around and you’ll see the Washington Capitol.  Look down to see the boats of the marina and the hustle and bustle of the Wharf. Whiskey Charlie, located above Canopy by Hilton near Recreation Pier, provides a great escape.
