Del Mar is a special occasion dining experience worthy of a big job promotion, an anniversary or perhaps a desperate attempt to get out of the dog house. Chef-owner Fabio Trabocchi, honors his wife’s hometown of Mallorca, Spain in each dish.  At its best, the dining experience at Del Mar is like being part of a culinary and service ballet. The tastes are sublime and reflect the briny essence of the mediterranean. The food is presented in unison with bright colors and flavors that explode in your mouth.
